We also represent the interest of parties involved in litigation over employee benefits issues, and have successfully represented clients in claims of breaches of fiduciary duty, benefits entitlement and contract disputes.

Taft-Hartley Experience

We have a long history representing Taft-Hartley plans in a neutral and unbiased orientation.  The firm represents Taft-Hartley trusts which collectively have nearly two billion dollars in assets.  The issues encountered by these entities are often different than traditional benefit plans, and quality prudent advice is our trademark.
